Mulino stated that the poor electricity service in Panama will have consequences when he takes over power of the country July 1st. I like him already. 😆 

I remember living in San Diego and receiving a letter from the power company about a planned power outage 30 days in the future. Now, I deal with power outages several times a week ~ no notice and no end in sight.

Fortunately, most of them are reasonably short and, because we lived in our house without power for ONE YEAR, we can handle it. But, it is totally ridiculous what residents of Panama have to deal with when it comes to power. I hope Mulino is able to affect change for everyone throughout the country and not just his neighborhood.
